Ed eccoci arrivati anche quest’anno al momento dell’abito lungo ed elegante, al premio più ambito, alla statuetta d’oro, ovvero gli Oscar 2012. Il 26 febbraio sul canale ABC andranno in onda gli 84th Academy Awards.
Dopo la bufera scatenata dall’addio di Eddie Murphy e il regista Bret Ratner, a causa di una battuta poco carina e omofoba, voci di corridoio volevano i Muppet come conduttori dello Show, ma sfortunatamente (lo dico perché sarebbe stata una bella idea per me), è stato confermato come regista Brian Grazer e come presentatore un veterano degli Academy, Billy Cristal. L’attore è alla nona presentazione dello Show al Kodak Theatre.
Ma tornando alle nomination, i più nominati di quest’anno sono stati: con 11 nomination Hugo di Martin Scorsese, seguito da The Artist di Michel Hazanavicius con 10 nomination. Onestamente non ho visto nessuno dei due quindi non posso giudicare, ma ho visto The Help e vi assicuro che l’ho trovato coinvolgente ed emozionante. Viola Davis si è meritata la nomination al Golden Globe (anche se la vittoria è andata a Meryl Streep) e si merita l’Oscar.
