Si è svolta pochissime ore fa la 66ª edizione della cerimonia di premiazione dei Primetime Emmy Award. Venite a scoprire i vincitori.
Seth Meyers è stato il presentatore della cerimonia annuale dei più importanti premi televisivi. Il Nokia Theatre di Los Angeles ha visto questa notte il grande trionfo di Breaking Bad, che si è portata a casa cinque premi nelle sei categorie in cui era nominata. Nelle comedy Modern Family vince tre Emmy in totale. Nelle miniserie e nei film televisivi Sherlock e American Horror Story si dividono i premi per la recitazione, ma sono Fargo e The Normal Heart a trionfare nelle due categorie più importanti.
Nonostante le molte nomination, escono a mani vuote Game of Thrones, House of Cards e Orange Is The New Black.
Nella sfida dei network risultano vincitori FX e AMC, con cinque premi a testa. A seguire HBO, CBS, ABC e la britannica BBC con tre Emmy ciascuno. Grande assente Netflix.
Bryan Cranston, Aaron Paul e Anna Gunn fanno guadagnare a Breaking Bad ben tre Emmy sui quattro disponibili nelle categorie della recitazione in ruoli drammatici.
Qualche giorno fa vi abbiamo presentato i premiati nelle categorie “secondare” degli Emmy, ai Creative Arts Emmy 2014. Sommando tutti i premi, ad uscire vincitore è Sherlock, con un totale di sette Emmy, seguito da Breaking Bad a sei, e da True Detective e American Horror Story che si fermano a cinque vittorie.
